Three Missouri Citizens Injured in Wright County Crash

James Hiller pulled out from a private road and was struck in the side by oncoming driver, Jerry Warner on Missouri 95 six miles north of Mountain Grove, Missouri.

On August 29, 2011 at approximately 4:20 p.m., 30 year old James Hiller of Lebanon, Missouri was operating a 1997 Dodge Stratus traveling southbound on Missouri 95 six miles north of Mountain Grove, Missouri. At the said time and place, 80 year old Jerry Warner from Mountain Grove, Missouri was travelling northbound on Missouri 95 in a 2002 Alero. Warner had one passenger, 80 year old Mattie Warner also from Mountain Grove, Missouri.

The crash occurred when Hiller pulled out from a private drive into the path of Warner’s vehicle. Warner crashed into the side of Hiller’s vehicle. All three participants were wearing their seatbelts.

Both vehicles from the crash received extensive damages and were towed by Ed’s Towing from Mountain Grove, Missouri.

The at-fault driver, James Hiller, was transported to Cox South Hospital of Springfield, Missouri with moderate injuries. Jerry and Mattie Warner were transported from the scene of the crash to St. John’s Hospital of Springfield, Missouri with moderate injuries.
