Driver Overturns Car – Moderate Injuries Ensue

When one driver failed to negotiate a curve, he traveled off the side of the roadway, and his vehicle overturned caused moderate injuries for himself and his passenger.

On June 22, 2012 at approximately 4:45 P.M., 44-year-old Kenneth Cheers from Versailles, Missouri was heading south on Route W at Golden Beach Road in Morgan County in a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. Cheers had one passenger – Anna Henry, age 37, from Versailles, Missouri.

The crash occurred when Cheers failed to negotiate a curve. Cheers’ vehicle traveled of the side of the roadway and overturned.

Cheers suffered moderate injuries and was transported from the scene of the crash by EMS to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. Cheers’ passenger, Anna Henry, suffered moderate injuries and was transported from the scene of the crash by EMS to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

Cheers’ vehicle received total damage and was towed from the scene of the crash by D & R Towing of Versailles, Missouri.

This crash was investigated by Corporal R. R. Ryerson of Troop F in Morgan County.
