On July 22, 2012 at approximately 9:35 p.m., Ronald Fraga, age 46 and of Wappapello, Missouri was operating a 2002 Toyota Tacoma and traveling in the northbound direction on Missouri route T. Sharon Everette, age 63 and of Wappapello, Missouri was in the passenger seat of Ronald’s vehicle during the time of the crash. Wendy Hale, age 31 and of Dexter, Missouri was operating a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and traveling in the southbound direction on Missouri route T.
At that said time and place, both drivers were traveling on Missouri route T while Ronald was in the northbound direction and Wendy was in the southbound direction. The crash occurred when Wendy crossed the center line and collided with Ronald’s vehicle head-on.
Ronald Fraga received serious injuries from the head-on collision and was transported by air evacuation to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Ronald’s passenger, Sharon Everette, received moderate injuries from the collision and was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Wendy Hale received moderate injuries from the head-on collision and was also transported by ambulance to the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Ronald Fraga’s 2002 Toyota Tacoma and Wendy Hale’s 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee both received total damages from the head-on collision and were towed by Woolard’s Two Brothers Towing in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
This crash collision was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and with the assistance of troop E.
