Missouri Law requires children ages 8 and older to wear a seat belt. But child safety experts say for some children that may not be enough to prevent injury. The American Academy of Pediatrics says if a child is not at least 80 pounds of 4’9″ tall, they still need a booster seat, no matter their age.
Logan Lamb’s 2003 Chevrolet Venture Van received total damages and was towed by Rothmund Towing.
This fatality crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and with the assistance of Troop I.
