In Cooper County, a woman of Glasgow is seriously injured after the at-fault driver turned into the path of her vehicle.
On August 1, 2013 at approximately 6:16 p.m., Craig Winters, age 48 of Gardner, Kansas was operating a 1999 Ford Expedition. Kimberly Schaefer, age 42 of Glasgow, Missouri was operating a 2012 Nissan Altima.
At that said date and time, Craig Winters was traveling in the eastbound direction while Kimberly Schaefer was traveling in the westbound direction on Old Highway 40 and .5 miles east of Missouri Highway 135. The crash occurred as Craig attempted to make a left turn and turned into the path of Kimberly’s vehicle.
This auto-crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and with the assistance of Troop F.
