On April 26, 2014 at approximately 6:32 p.m., Adle Clark, age 45 of East Prairie, Missouri was operating a 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo along with passengers; Rodele Clark (3), Damya (6) and Rhianna (5) Norman, and Tyshti Hollingsworth (6).
At that said date and time, Adle Clark was traveling in the northbound direction on Missouri Highway 102 and 12 miles south of East Prairie, Missouri. The crash occurred when Adle failed to operate the vehicle and traveled off the roadway, colliding into a tree.
Rodele Clark, Rhianna Norman, and Tyshti Hollingsworth received serious injuries and were transported by air evacuation to Lebonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Tyshti Hollingsworth sustained serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Later, Tyshti was transported by air evacuation to Lebonheur Children’s Hospital. Adle Clark also received serious injuries and was transported by air evacuation to Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, all participants and minors inside the vehicle, except for Tyshti Hollingsworth, was wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision.
