Ray County Crash Causes Serious Injuries

In Ray County, a vehicle crossed center line causing it to strike another vehicle resulting in serious injuries.

On July 8, 2014 at approximately 4:52 p.m., Cierra Bossart, age 32 of Holt, Missouri was operating a 2006 Dodge. Steven Taber, age 34 of Richmond, Missouri was operating a 1996 Ford.

At that said date and time, Cierra Bossart was traveling on Highway C when she crossed the center line and struck Steven Taber. Stevens vehicle then traveled off the north side of the roadway.

Steven Taber received serious injuries and was taken by life flight to Truman Medical Center. Cierra Bossart also received serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to Liberty Hospital.

According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Steven was the only one involved in the accident wearing his seat belt.

Cierra’s 2006 Dodge received total damages and was towed by Carmichaels. Steven’s 1996 Ford also received total damages and was towed from Green’s Towing.

This auto-crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol with the assistance of Troop A.
