MONETT, Mo. – Three people are injured in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 60 at Barry County Farm Road 1100 east of Monett.
State troopers say 46-year-old Daniel Gulley of Springfield was westbound in a Freightliner box truck at 6:48 a.m. Wednesday, when he attempted to turn left in front of an eastbound SUV, and struck the vehicle, being driven by 24-year-old Marvin Flores-Casimiro of Verona.
Two occupants in the SUV, one-year-old Sasha Flores and 27-year-old Beatriz Juarez, both of Verona, were airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield for treatment of moderate and serious injuries, respectively. Neither were wearing seat belts, according to the report.
Gulley was transported by private vehicle to Cox Hospital in Monett for treatment of minor injuries.
