Head-on Collision in Stone County

In Stone County, three people are injured when a vehicle crossed the center line that resulted in a head-on collision.

On July 17, 2014 at approximately 10:50 p.m., Stella Leap, age 46 of Green Forest, Arkansas was operating a 2014 Toyota. Warner Williams, age 74 of St. Peters, Missouri was operating 2005 Dodge Caravan along with passenger Delouis Williams, age 70 of St. Peters, MO.

At that said date and time, Stella Leap was traveling East on MO 76 when she crossed the center line and struck Warner Williams vehicle head-on.

Stella Leap, Delouis Williams, and Warner Williams all sustained moderate injuries from the crash. They were all transported by ambulance to Cox Hospital in Branson. According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, all three people were wearing seat belts.

Stella’s 2014 Toyota Corolla received extensive damages and was towed by Chris’s towing in Lampe, MO. Warner’s 2005 Dodge Caravan received total damages and was towed by Larry’s Towing in Branson, MO.

This auto-crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and with the assistance of Troop D.
