One Car Crash Leaves Four People Seriously Injured

In Dunklin County, a Car Runs off the Roadway and Overturns causing all Occupants to be Ejected from the Car leaving them all Seriously Injured.

On May 25, 2014 at approximately 12:50 a.m., James Bird, age 26 of Senath, Missouri was operating a 2006 Pontiac Grand AM along with passengers Courtney Boyds, age 25, Melissa Skinner, age 27, and Sharon Williams, age 18.

At that said date and time, James Bird was traveling down Route A, two (2) mile north of Senath, Missouri when he ran off the roadway and overturned. All occupants were ejected from the vehicle.

James Bird, Courtney Boyds, and Melissa Skinner were seriously injured and taken by Air Evac to Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Sharon Williams was seriously injured and taken by ambulance to Twin Rivers Hospital.

According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, all participants involved in this accident were not wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.

James Birds 2006 Pontiac Grand AM received Total damages and was towed by Callahan’s Wrecker.

This auto-crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and with the assistance of Troop E.
