Passenger Seriously Injured in Tree Collision


In Iron County, the passenger inside a vehicle is seriously injured after the driver lost control and collided with a tree.

On January 29, 2014 at approximately 11:50 a.m., Bailey Wadlow, age 17 of Middlebrook, Missouri was operating a 1991 GMC Sonoma along with Caleb PressDee, age 20 of MiddleBrook.

At that said date and time, Bailey was traveling in the southbound direction on Missouri Highway N and one mile south of Graniteville. The crash occurred as Bailey ran off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, and then ran off the left side of the roadway, colliding with a tree.

Caleb Pressdee was seriously injured and was transported by ambulance to Mineral Area Hospital. Bailey Wadlow received moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Iron County Hospital.

According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, both occupants were wearing their seat belts at the time of the collision.

Bailey’s 1991 GMC Sonoma received total damages and was towed by Adam’s Custom Auto.

This auto-crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and with the assistance of Troop E.
