On January 21, 2013 at approximately 4:25 p.m., William Senf, age 69 from Elk Creek, Missouri was operating a 2001 Volvo. His wife Sharon, age 69, was the only passenger in William’s vehicle at the time of the crash. George Falterman, age 53 from Licking, Missouri was operating a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Patrol Car.
At that said date and time, George Falterman was traveling in the northbound direction while William Senf was in the southbound direction on U.S. Highway 63 and 3 miles south of Licking, Missouri. The collision occurred as George turned his vehicle into the path of William’s and collided.
William and Sharon Senf received serious injuries from the crash and were transported by helicopter ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. George Falterman received minor injuries and was taken by patrol vehicle to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri.
William Senf’s 2001 Volvo and George Falterman’s 2011 Ford Crown Victoria received total damages and were both towed by Jay’s Automotive in Houston, Missouri.
This auto-crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and with the assistance of Troop G, Team 3 of the Major Crash Investigation Unit, and officers from the Texas County Sheriff’s Department.
