Three Seriously Injured in Rollover Crash


In St. Charles County, three residents from St. Peters are seriously injured after they crash and are ejected from the vehicle.

On September 24, 2012 at approximately 4:00 p.m., James Rogalski, age 23 from St. Peters, Missouri was operating a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier. Cassandra Kozemczak and Kelsy Taylor, both 21 years of age, were the passengers in the vehicle with James Rogalski during the time of the crash.

At that said time and place, James Rogalski was traveling in the northbound direction of Missouri route C, 1.5 miles north of Salt River Road. The crash occurred as James failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the left side of the roadway, overturning, and ejecting all the occupants.

Cassandra, James, and Kelsy all suffered serious injuries due to the crash and were transported to St. Joseph Health Center by St. Charles County ambulance. According to the crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, all occupants of this crash were not wearing seat belts.

James Rogalski’s 2001 Chevrolet received total damages from the crash and was towed by A-1 Towing.

This auto-crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and with the assistance of troop C.
