Two Injured in Franklin County Collision on Missouri Route FF

Two-vehicle crash on Missouri Route FF sent two people to hospitals Tuesday afternoon.

On August 16, 2011 around the time of 4:35 pm, 55 year old Donald Shriver from Richwoods, Missouri was operating a 2000 Neon Plymouth northbound on Route FF at that time and place. Justin Kell, 23 years of age, was driving a 2006 Impala Chevrolet southbound on Route FF. Theresia Royal, 25 years old, and from Imperial, Missouri was a passenger in the car with Justin Kell.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the crash occurred when Justin Kell attempted to make a left turn into a private driveway. Justin drove into the path of the northbound traffic where Donald Shriver was driving. The Plymouth then crashed into the Chevrolet.

The at-fault driver, Justin Kell, did not suffer from any injuries. However, his passenger, Theresia Royal recieved moderate injuries due to the crash and was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center. Victim, Donald Shriver, also received moderate injuries from the crash and was taken by Washington EMS to St. John’s Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri.

Donald Shriver’s 2000 Neon Plymouth received moderate damages from the collision. Justin Keen’s 2006 Impala Chevrolet was totaled with extensive damages due to the crash. Both were towed by Hoffman’s Towing.

The exact location of this crash has not been released, and therefore is still under investigation.
