Vehicle Pulls into the Path of Another Causing a Serious Crash


On March 4, 2015, at approximately 2:25pm, Toby R. Ulmer, age 17 of Nelson, Missouri, was operating a 1997 Chevrolet. Adolpho N. Suarez, age 23 of Marshall, Missouri, was operating a 2012 Nissan.
At that said date and time, Toby R. Ulmer was traveling Eastbound at US Highway 65 and Route H. Ulmer than pulled into the path of Adolpho N. Suarez, who was traveling Northbound. Adolpho N. Suarez’s Nissan, struck Ulmer’s Chevrolet, causing both vehicles to travel off of the roadway.

Adolpho N. Suarez was wearing his seatbelt but still received serious injuries. He was transported by Saline County EMS to the University of Missouri Hospital.

Both Suarez’s Nissan and Ulmer’s Chevrolet were totaled and were towed from the scene, by McGraw Automotive.

This auto-crash was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol with the assistance of Trooper L.R. Dancy and Trooper N.A. Perez, with assistance from Saline County deputies.
